AEG Live CherCher is one of those must-see performers because of her outrageous costumes and a commanding stage presence. She’s a the true essence of a performer. The folks at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas recognize this so Cher has added shows for Spring 2010 performances which are on sale now (they went on sale Saturday, Nov. 14). There are 24 performances scheduled between April 10 – 25 and May 8 – 30 and ideal for those planning a spring vacation to Las Vegas.

Wearing Bob Mackie costumes with a whole lot of glitzy-glam, Cher returns to The Colosseum stage on November 19 with a new opening sequence as compared to her previous Las Vegas shows. This new addition promises old-time Hollywood glamour and style and pay tribute to the 1940s and 1950s.

“We are so excited to return to The Colosseum at Caesars Palace and have made wonderful, new changes to the show, including a number choreographed by my dear friend Tyce Diorio from So You Think You Can Dance,” said Doriana Sanchez, director and choreographer of Cher at The Colosseum. “It pays homage to the great movie musicals, complete with incredible costumes by Bob Mackie. We are thrilled to be able to present some really fun and new things for the audiences to see.”
